FXST Terms of Service

By using FXST, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

The Community feature

FXST lets you share sound clips ("CHIPs") publicly through Community, and browse, preview, and save CHIPs shared by other users. By sharing a CHIP to Community, you confirm:

• It's your own original recording, or you otherwise have the right to share it.
• It doesn't contain content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or otherwise violates these terms or our Privacy Policy.
• You grant other FXST users the ability to preview, save, and send the CHIP as part of normal use of the app.

Content moderation

We reserve the right to remove any CHIP, and to block or ban any user, at our discretion — including in response to reports from other users. Reported content is reviewed and addressed on an ongoing basis. If you believe your content was removed in error, contact us at the address below.

Prohibited conduct

• Uploading content you don't have the rights to.
• Harassing, impersonating, or attempting to identify other users.
• Attempting to circumvent blocks, bans, or rate limits.
• Using the app for any unlawful purpose.

No warranty

FXST is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that Community content will always be available.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including content posted by other users.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
